Summary
Want to make it easier to share your course information for each semester? Consider putting your course calendar online. Students can simply go to your web site or a conference and see what is available in the upcoming semester.
Example
Madelyn Fraser, principal at Avalon Academy, has decided to put Avalon's course calendar online this semester.
1 She starts by creating a new conference called Course Calendar.
2 In it, she adds subconferences for each junior grade level.
3 Within each subconference, she creates a document for each course in that grade level, named using the course code.
4 She sets permissions for the Course Calendar conference so that she is controller, teachers are contributors so they can add their content, and all other users are readers.
Once the environment is set up, teachers can go in at will and add their content.
When the conference is complete, Madelyn or the administrator can move it to a public area.
