Have you ever been stumped for a good restaurant to take your spouse? Are you looking for a fun place to take your kids this weekend? Set up a referrals conference in your staff area where employees can post their referrals. Then, the next time you need to find a good painter or restaurant, the information will be at your fingertips. Example The employees at Husky Planes have decided they would like a communal place to share referrals with fellow coworkers, so they ask their FirstClass administrator to create a conference for this purpose. The administrator creates a conference called Referrals in the staff area. Within the conference he creates subconferences for employees to post their referrals. This makes navigating and organizing much easier. Next, the administrator sets permissions for the Referrals conference. He gives himself Controller permissions, gives employees Contributor permissions, and sets All users to Disallowed.  Note The entries in the Who field have to be in the correct order because the permissions are carried out sequentially.
