Have you ever needed to know what is on your FirstClass calendar when you didn't have access to a computer? Use FirstClass Telephone User Interface (TUI) to access your appointments over the phone. You can use this information to plan your day, including when to make lunch appointments, and how to dress for the day.
9203_31709_1.png Example
Melissa Stewart, Marketing Manager at Husky Planes, has set up the FirstClass TUI so she can access FirstClass content from her phone.
To set up FirstClass TUI, she does the following:
1 She logs into her FirstClass account.
2 She chooses Edit > Preferences, and clicks the Voice tab and the Logon subtab.
3 She sets Interface to FirstClass.

As the Marketing Manager at Husky Planes, Melissa Stewart meets regularly with customers and staff to discuss marketing campaigns and promotions. Melissa is at a lunch meeting with a client and wants to schedule a follow up meeting in two weeks. She uses FirstClass TUI to check her availability through her cell phone.
To check her Calendar using her cell phone, she does the following:
1 She dials into the FirstClass Unified Communications system for Husky Planes.
2 She enters her Mailbox number, followed by # when prompted.
3 She enters her password, followed by # when prompted.

Melissa can obtain her organization's Unified Communications number, Mailbox number and password from her administrator.
4 She presses 6 to open her personal calendar.
When she opens her calendar, the most current event in her schedule and a total of the events and tasks for the day are automatically read. The most current event is any event currently underway or the next scheduled event.
5 She presses 88 and enters the possible meeting date in the format ddmmyy, followed by #.

Instead of entering ddmmyy, she can use one of these options:
• dd# for a specific day in the current month and year
• ddmm# for a specific day and month in the current year
The events in her Calendar for that date are read to her.
